No. Due to COVID-19 and hygiene reasons I will not be accepting returns. If your beanie has some sort of defect, please check out the faq for more details and email us at info@peepoland.com so we can resolve your issue!

This FAQ is changed during every drop so PLEASE look back if new items are released! For the current drop (beanies) this is what is charged

Yes!!! International Shipping is now available. Costs for shipping starts around $10. Unfortunately I cannot make it any cheaper, as I ship everything myself and do not have an international supplier. Aside from production of an item, I handle everything else by myself.
You have the option at checkout to pay extra and have insurance included for your item(s). This means any damages, shipping issues, lost items, etc will be reimbursed. If you do not choose this option and any of the mentioned issues happen to your item, you will neither be reimbursed nor sent another package.
There is a possibility customers in the EU may have to pay extra customs charges. This depends entirely on the country being shipped to. Please be aware we cannot predict the cost of this.
Returns
Please contact info@peepoland.com with your name, last name, order number, and a picture of the product. I will get back to you within 48 hours so please be patient.
If your item comes with tracked shipping, there is nothing I can do regarding the loss of your product unless you have purchased insurance. Insurance is listed on both the item listing as well as the checkout. Therefore, if you choose not to buy insurance the responsibility of the package is on your carrier and it is out of my hands. If you ordered an item with insurance, please email me at info@peepoland.com or peepoland1@gmail.com . If I have more of that item in stock, I will resend the item to you. If it is no longer in stock, I will refund you for both the item and shipping. Please include your first and last name, order number, and a description of what happened in your email. Thank you.
Please be sure to contact your mail carrier if a package is marked as delivered. I cannot manually mark packages as delivered so please do not think I did not ship your package.

Not at the moment. Due to the volume of orders I simply don't have the time to write custom messages to everyone.
I can't say for sure. For the current drop, I really don't know if I will resell my beanies. If an item you like is out of stock, please dm me on Twitter @macaiyla and let me know you're interested in it. The more interest I hear from people, the more I'm likely to reorder those items.
