I did not receive

I'm sorry you did not receive your order. Since you mentioned in the email it was marked as delivered by the carrier there is absolutely nothing I can do about that. The faulty is on your mail carrier. In our policy we mention that there is nothing we can do about tracked orders not being delivered. Please be sure to contact your carrier or local post office to figure out what went wrong on their end.
